I was worried that he was going high last night, giving me a +2 number at 9pm of 361, but i think that was a slight elevation because a stray cat had waled by the house and the boys were out on the lani. I decided not to attempt sub-q fluids, as he was acting normal. he went up to bed with me, but I was not able to catch him in the litter box.

This morning I adjusted his shoot time again (from yesterday's mess) to 6:30am. Tonight I should get him back to 6pm.

As I understand it, if you adjust 30 mins this morning, you should wait till tomorrow morning to adjust another 30 mins. It's either 15 mins per shot time or 30 mins a day.

If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will chime in. But I think that's the way it's done. Early=increase, late=decrease, at anything over 30 mins a day.

Yup - only shift a total of 30 minutes per day, especially if going for earlier (think Daylight Savings time)

For some cats, doing 15 minutes AM and PM makes a smoother transition with less fluctuation in the glucose levels.
