To see exactly how low Gus' numbers are going in his 2nd daily cycle, I'm going to have to stay up late to test more. I suspect that he may be going lower at night and in the AM, he is a little too high. If I'm wrong, then he needs an increase. So, the pajama party is at my house tonight. Bring your teddy bears. Kitties welcome! :-D

Saw your post in punkin's condo and to send you a ((hug)). I have those days too, and Willie's kidney numbers this week have thrown me for a similar loop. I guess we just have to do our best to be content with the fact that our kitters quality of life is a million times better because of what we do.

This is what I think Gus does during the night and the numbers that I see in the AM are bounces from the first 1/2 of the cycle. We shall see.

That could explain it.....late nadir??? Good that you can stay up tonight and see exactly what he's doing. But do you think he comes way up for PMPS and then way down again?

Enjoy the PJ Party....I can't commit yet....it's too early for Gracie to decide what she'd like to do. :lol: :lol:
 
Now that it's later in the day, I'm thinking that I'll set my alarm for every 3 hours and get the data that way. At least that's better than staying up all night. I'm not sure that I could do that at my age :lol: Margie, I don't know what type of pattern Gus has at night. I don't think there are any drastic ups and downs. I think he may bounce off the first half of his cycle. We'll see.
 
wow - a mini PJ party! Good luck - it will be interesting to see what he does. the alarm idea sounds good. There is no way I could stay up all night either.... good luck! and nice pmps tonight for Gus!
 
we just finished dinner, punkin's had his shot, and all of us are headed to your place for Gus' pj party. are ya telling me you're going to be in bed for it? :lol:

interesting that he snuck a little 82 in there today. gus gus gus. ohmygod_smile

good thing we love you, little buddy. sneaky little 80's. :-D
 
I read your post in Punkin's condo and, ohhh, do I know how you feel. There are times when I can't stop thinking of what will I do without Champ...and I don't have acro hanging over my head!! The older I get, the more emotional I become. Champ has been such a good "friend," a great companion for so many years, the thought of not having him is awful. I know you feel the same about Gus!! Just know that I completely understand. I'm thinking about you and Gus. You're very special!!
