8/12 Alska AMPS=236

o last night I thought we could all sneak into the bedroom where Mommacat was sleeping and take our places away or around her very carefully. Everyone was on board with the plan and was successful - me, Bing, Brio and Alska. After an hour Brio got up and accidentally stepped on Alska who reacted loudly causing all felines to jump to the floor - including Mommacat - which caused her to be fodder for Bing so I quickly put Bing in the next room so I could think. I could not get Mommacat back on the bed so I decided to lock her in the room where I just put Bing. So now I have to move Bing to the bathroom and grab Mommacat and move her into the next room and then let Bing out. I also have to make sure Alska doesn't get upset and lose his bladder on the bed. So after all the cats were rearranged we tried to go to sleep again but Bing and Brio (5 year old civvies) decided it was playtime and they were going to use that energy to provoke hissing and growling from our guest Goofus, through the baby gates of his room... there was no more sleeping - except for Alska who started the whole deal and was now on his back with his front paws curled up AND SNORING!

I am sure all of my cat-crazy friends can relate to this story!!! More coffee please...

Sounds like a heck of a night, Robin!!! Nice # for Alska after all the excitement, although it sounds like it didnt' phase him too much if he was snoring before too long. ;-)
