Happy Sunday!!! We continue to keep Zener, Trix, JD, Prince, Sabrina, Sasha, Lovey, Tiggy, Pikachu, Elise's Mom, and Molly's Mom and Dad in our prayers as well as Mariko and Ginger. Congrats to Mona and Katie today....OTJ!!! Cheering Lola, Mottyl, and Rocky on their OTJ Trials.

Missy G is doing well this morning. She's been purry, playful, eating like our little chow hound, and accepting the fact that her shrimpies are in her past. I forgot to tell you all that the NRT the other day with the shrimpies right over her tummy showed that her body was not liking them. I wonder if it's the whole issue she has with fish. Instead of shrimpies after breffis #1, we are giving her a few pieces of FD chickie treats. She loves these just as much as the shrimpies and seems happy once she has had a few. And the bonus is, she always gives head hoops for chickie treats :-D :-D

She's doing the diving thing again but we got her stopped last night and this morning with Cowboy Cookout (eta: guess not
pulling-hair-out-smiley.gif
). At least we know the dose can get her into green so no increase today. I wonder if any of this diving is connected to her elevated liver values. No clue.

Mom went home yesterday and is doing fine. My sisters are with her today. Her BP is back down and all is good. Thank you all for keeping her in your thoughts.

Have a wonderful day.

Looks like Gracie took that dosecrease threat very seriously! Too bad about the shrimpies, but it's good you have another treat she likes as well. I don't know what I would do if Cinco couldn't have his freeze-dried salmon. He doesn't like any other treat. He's tired of Bonito flakes, (which is really unfortunate, as I have two big, unopened bags in my pantry, and none of the other kitties like them! ).

Yay for your DM's going home. I'm so glad your sisters are nearby to help. It must give you peace of mind, with you so far away. That's the hardest part, I know.

I hope you are getting to relax today, at least as much as Gracie will let you. Have a great Sunday, Marje.

Love this good news condo. Max gets human fd chicken and turkey and loves them!! I finally wised up and open the lid to get him out from under the bed instead of crawling under myself. It works much of the time and easier on me. He's happy because he gets double the treats.

Hi Marje!

Glad to read that DM is back home and doing well and your sisters are able to look in on her.

I've been MIA for a few days, but read back through Gracie's condos to get caught up. Vines headed her way to fix those liver troubles. I apologize if I missed it, but what does "NRT" stand for? Allergy testing? That's too bad about the shrimpies, but good to hear that LBG is content with her FD chicken treats as an alternative. I was also happy to read that the liver troubles were not taking her off her game too much, since she was able to tell Lupita what's what.

I'll be curious to see if you find a solution to stopping Gracie's early cycle dives. Early cycle dives are a challenge for us, too at times. One of these days I'm going to get around to writing up my thoughts on the physiological mechanism of "bounce clearing," but that's a thought for another condo.

Have a great day!

It's nice to see that green, but I hope Gracie stops the diving and starts sliding down slowly for you. That's too bad about the shrimpies, but good that she likes the chicken. I'm glad your mom is doing better and got to go home.

Yikes Gracie! Time to stop those bounces! I hope switching to the fd chicken treats helps.

Good news on your DM, getting out of the hospital should help her stress/BP too.

What a nice surf for LBG today.
I'm so glad your DM is back home. That's great news.
I love the pulling-out-hair smiley ~ gotta get that one.

Hi Marje! Remember us? :-D It's Tigger & his pesty friend with ALL the detailed questions!

I see Miss G. is keeping you on your toes as usual with her rollercoaster rides. Sorry to hear about the Shrimpies, Gracie, but Mama really does know best (sigh). I'm happy you like the chicken - Tigger & Spankey & even Simon sure like them over here! And what's all this with the elevated liver numbers? Your beans have enough to deal with without none o' that extra stuff. (finger wag).

Seriously, Marje, I hope everything's ok with that - will send healing vines Gracie's way.

I'm also glad to hear your DM is doing better & able to go home - you are a very loving daughter, I'm sure that alone is a great help to her.

I wanted to update you (& thank you) for all your patient attempts to instruct me on 'fine tuning' doses. I'm finally getting it - but of course that raises a whole batch of 'new' questions for me!  Take Care & Thanks again!!!

Another great cycle for Gracie- excellent that the 5 P's are in place- so sorry she has to give up her beloved shrimpies though! Also so glad to hear your mom is home and doing well- and that your sisters can be there with her! :-D

Hi Marje,

Sorry Gracie about the shrimpies, but I am glad that she likes the chicken treats. Nice surf today for Gracie. The dose threat is working.

I am glad that your mom is home and doing better.
