I wish I got a +9 last night, but I couldn't do it to myself. He stayed fairly flat as far as I can tell.

Today is another day. I am still thinking increase, but i am apprehensive about it. Its tough working full time and being the sole caregiver. I have a lot of anxiety when he gets in this good numbers and I dont know his pattern.

I didn't increase yet. I had a rough day at work and worrying about him more than I need to is not in my cards.

I am actually hoping for some dramatic bounce so I can justify to myself sleeping through the night.

I know exactly how you feel. I’m fine with low numbers as long as I’m at home. I’m a wreck when he’s in lower numbers and I have to work.
