Two cases of Merrick BG arrived Tuesday night. The kitters aren't thrilled about it, but Willie's pancreas seems to be. 86 at shot time last night, so I decided to experiment today and see how he did without juice. We'll see where we're at tonight and go from there. He's been chillin at the zero line otherwise.
Uneventful day here... I threw my back out somehow on Tuesday night (suspect my work bag for working at home Wednesday was too heavy). Went to the massage therapist last night only to have her make it worse, so I've been chillin at home today, catching up on kitty cuddles and coupon clipping. DBF is headed to Boston tomorrow morning for 5 days... while I'll miss him, it will be good to have some time to organize stuff and just get some peace and quiet. Was supposed to take tomorrow off, but may head into the office for a bit. We'll see how I'm feeling about it tomorrow.
Both kitties have spent the day snoozing, though in separate spots... Willie either on the chair upstairs or next to me... Herbie either on the office loveseat or next to me. She has rediscovered her love of Mr. Pipe Cleaner, which has taken pressure off the beans to activate her friend Red Dot. Now she just brings us the pipe cleaner to twist into a spring, then she chases after it, plays for awhile, then brings it back. I caught her playing catch with the tennis ball the other day...hysterical given that she is so little! She corrals it, gives it a push into the closed bedroom door, then chases it until she corrals it again. wash, rinse, repeat. With the nicer weather, Willie's been spending time in the yard. The grass is better for it! :lol: :lol: :lol:
