Welcome back, LantusLand!!!
Yesterday was an odd day for us here. For the first time in over two years (literally), Trixie barfed right before her +4 pokey. She's not a barfer, so this had me nervous all day long. Fortunately, DH was home for most of the day, and when he went out to swim laps, I came home from work to check on her. She bounced back quickly from the barf, and even ate an entire jar of baby food! DH gave it to her in small portions, but she was being so pitiful with those Puss-N-Boots eyes and little mews, that before he knew it, the whole jar was gone.
Last evening, I found a teeny piece of plastic wrapper that was a little chewed up on her favorite blankie, which was where she was laying when she barfed. Neither of us can figure out where the wrapper came from, but I suspect it is behind the reason she threw up. She was fine for the rest of the day, and is fine today.
She had hit the lagoon right at +4 yesterday, too, but then she headed up to the yellow floor, which I guess was a combination of the baby food and the stress of throwing up.
I'm surprised and pleased to see her in the lagoon again today. I'm off, so it's more chores, and - most importantly - it should be my last day of painting in that master bathroom renovation project - woohooooooo!
Have a great day, LL!
