Thanks, Mariko! It's our first reduction & with Wendy & Marje's expert help we did really well & it went smoothly (whew!)

Marje, do you melt it & add it to their food or syringe it in their mouths?

Tigger didn't finish his dinner( :o ), but wanted more now, so I tested first: +1.25 = 308, down 83 points. I don't know if he finished his meal - Spankey got in before me & made sure it was ALL gone - don't even need to wash the bowl!

I'll test again @ +2 (10:15) & maybe feed a little more just to be safe, even if Tigger's still in the high 200's.

So we're on for a reduction tomorrow AM, correct?

Thanks again, Marje & Wendy - the Dynamic Duo is amazing! You guys kept me pretty calm & collected today - except for that Dreaded Option #3 - Drat!

If he's in the high 200s, you will have to get some more tests tonight.

On the coconut oil, I did .25ml bid x 3 days, .5ml bid x 3 days, .75ml bid x 3 days, and then 1ml bid. Be sure you get organic, unrefined. It's warm enough here that it's in liquid form; when it get cold and solidifies, I just put the jar in a warm bowl of water until it becomes a liquid. I put it on their plates and it is like an amazing treat. They love it.

+2 & we're still high & level - so far it's as you predicted, Marje. We'll see what happens +5 - +7.........I'll test probably around 12:30 - 1:30 (+4 - +5) - that seems to be a natural rhythm for me.

Thanks on the coconut oil - we already use organic unrefined & I love it, but never thought about the cats - hope they love it, too!

Looks like we'll all get some zzzzs . But I have no idea what's going on in the rest of Lantus Land - been too preoccupied here ohmygod_smile

And we should go ahead with the dose reduction tomorrow AM, correct? Or do we wait & see how this cycle goes?
