Let me start off by saying.........yawn, :YMSIGH: @-)

Good Morning,

Another late night for me, shouldn't have had that 2 hour nap yesterday. I was sleeping soundly and Leo woke me up by doing some yelling at 2 in the morning, he was sleeping soundly at the foot of my bed, i'm thinking it was a bad dream or something, he needed some major cuddling after he woke up. I had the worlds crankiest cat yesterday afternoon, but a nice big poop cured that!! :lol: He was much nicer after that large contribution, must have had a sore tummy or something?

Good test, and i had to chase him around my apt a little to shoot him, then he had some breffis and now a bath is in progress, followed by his own BTB. Speaking of which, that's where i'm goin too! :-D

I'd love to go BTB but it's 3pm here. That wouldn't be TOO weird!

Yeah the BTB was nice, just not long enough!

So I went out to buy myself some groceries and came back with my arms full of bags and opened the door and Leo was right there, he went out while I came in, I've got one of those doors that close on it's own and saw the door slam with Leo's tail in it....... :o :shock: oh geez I threw the bags down and opened it up, he hissed at me and was walking around with his tail between his legs......awwww he hurt his tail. I checked it out as best I could and I don't think it's broken, but it's hurting him. So he's out on the deck right now getting his tail iced, hopefully it feels better after the icing. He's none to happy with having it iced but he's had a bunch of treats to compensate for it!

Poor Leo. But don't be so very hard on yourself. The way these guys wind around our feet as we walk, I'm surprised that more awful things don't happen to them. I'm sure leo will be fine soon.

Sometimes you just gotta say it.....DAMN CAT!!!! What is their problem?!!! Champ only knows how to lay down in doorways and walkways, never ever where he can't get stepped on. I hope Leo's tail is okay. I actually had a cat when I was in high school who had an injury to her tail and we had to have it amputated!! I'm sure it won't come to that with Leo, though!! He's a tough dude!

LOL!!! So true! Trixie only knows one path to run in...the one directly in front of our feet! That's why we have a "no shoes in the house" rule.

Actually, I had a cat when I was growing up who had to have his tail amputated, too! He got caught in the fan belt of my mother's car...horrible situation.

But yes...no doubt, Leo's tail will be just fine!!

:shock: :shock: :shock: POOR LEO!!! I hate it when they scamper out when we come in... Well I do hope he is OK. I can see the scene - ice bag on the tail...

Very nice numbers for Leo today - it is nice to see the consistency.

OMG those are horrible stories!! You guys are supposed to make me feel better.....not worse!!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: kidding. I hope its not broken, in fact i just felt his tail and it feels a little swollen where it got stuck and he certainly doesn't like me touching it too much. I felt so bad i fed him a can of FF elegant medley for supper, his fave. He hissed at me a little while ago, he's holding a grudge, but i fed him a little more supper and then i got some hugs and purrs, so grudge time is over. Maybe i'll ice his tail again, and put it in a tensor bandage and sling?? :lol:

love the pic! and he let you do that? well, all hopes here it is better in the morning... isn't it great how food cures all ill will? Mannie loves those Elegant medleys too - his fav as well.
 
Awwww, such a pretty picture. Hope Leo feels better and got lots of treats!
