Wow, a YELLOW morning! Hoping he doesn't go to the hypo side again. I am not able to do another BG until +5 or +6. My son is working, and husband is visiting with his brother and won't be home until +5, and I am going to bed. Have worked all night. Hoping my precious Gideon does fine today.

Gideon's BG at +5 is 134. Should I encourage him to eat or just retest (yes, I am awake) at +6 to see how low he gets?
 
I’d encourage him to eat some lc to hopefully prevent him dropping too low. Just a few teaspoons.

I thought about it, and decided to feed a 9% carb food. I remember Elise saying to try feeding a MC food mid day to help him going into the GREEN at his nadir. So, though I did not go with MC, it is the highest low carb everyday food that I feed. Will retest at +6.
