Ok. Good thing I came home. +4.5 is 48.....I was worried about her not eating....she didn't eat any of the timed meals. If she's upstairs, she doesn't always come down. I'm gonna test again in 15 minutes and then I've got to head back. Ugh...45 mile round trip for me to come home mid-day. She just ate a bit. Will put more out.

Home early...so, we caught the 48 at +4.5 today...would have probably gone lower...stick with the .5u, or can we assume with another 1.5 to nadir that she would have earned it? It's unlikely that I'm going to be around to catch it during the week. I happened to have a break in my day today, but that won't always be the case...which makes me a little nervous. Lemme know what you think.

How about trying this, place a bowl of food in both floors. In case she doesn't come downstairs to her usual feed area.
Back to work is tough, and the worry is mutual.
Trust your instincts, breath, and leave her food easily accessible too for those lazy, sleepy days.

Ok. .5u it is. Ronnie, I'm afraid if I leave food out and accessible, she'll just eat it all at once instead of spreading it out throughout the day...maybe I'll try freezing some tonight. Can I just put it in the ice cube tray?

I have a piggy civvie here.
So I do several bowls spread out, one here, one there and so on.... but with "civvie" size portions.
If they want more, they will do a little workout walkie to get to the next bowl :lol:
Yup you can use plain ice cube trays. Helps to keep them fresh if you saran wrap the tray.
