I think Marley's preshot number is higher today because he found some Ritz crackers - wrapped up on the countertop. He unwrapped them. He really is a carbaholic. He has never gotten on the countertop before, but over the last few weeks, we've found him there multiple times. Do you all have any tips for keeping kitty off of the kitchen countertop?

Hi guys ... no advice on keeping kitties off the counters .. thankfully we teach them when they are kittens that tables and counters are a no no and that seems to stick with them .. but I had to laugh that he is such a carbaholic .. I am too marley, don't feel bad! have a great day guys!

Put crinkly sounding aluminum foil on the counter tops. That is scary for some kitties and they jump right back down. Try that for a few days and he may get the message.

Sounds like you need to remember to put all those carb lovely foods under lock and key. :o  :o I've had Wink climb up on the table in 30 seconds, as my back was turned to grab my glass of oj, to get a few nibbles of my breakfast cereal. ohmygod_smile
