I will test him in twenty minutes after this reading of 43.

Moderators/Experts, looking for confirmation that if he drops below 50 once more in the near future, I should reduce his dose by a quarter unit?

He is currently getting a drop less than a half unit - I call it 0.40.
Just looking for affirmation that a reduction is called for if he falls into the lime greens again...
He didn't do great on a dose of 0.25 last month, but I assume that the lower dose of Budesonide he is on MIGHT be having some effect, and maybe he will do better on a reduced dose IF we reduce???
Just looking for advice.

He seems to be taking his time coming up today...
I gave him LC food with his +2 test, then HC Whiskas gravy food with +3, and HC Fancy Feast Beef with Gravy (I think that's really HC?) with his +3.5 and +4.
 
Yes on the reduction if one more below 50 after today. And yes, budesonide dose can make a difference for some cats.
