Good Monday morning LL. No lovely greens last night, so fattened Zener's dose back up to his last good dose and we shall see if we get some lower numbers. The roofers are next door and will also be replacing our roof starting today or tomorrow, so it will be very loud and the kitties will hate it! Paws crossed it doesn't throw Zener's numbers and appy off too much.

Zener gave us permission to have lunch with a friend and go to our yoga class. And we had rain. It was a good Sunday. We are sorry to have missed most condos yesterday. We will do better! It's going to be a crazy week with me getting a presentation ready for a conference in Scotland. I leave Sunday for 10 days in Glasgow. Liz is hard at work on classes for next semester since I will be away off and on to London and the Netherlands for a sabbatical. She wants to have it all done before I leave for London the end of August.

Wishing a good Monday for all and a very happy birthday to Marje! We wonder what Gracie will get her for her birthday, something green? ;-)

Hi guys .. I hope the new (old) dose works well for zener ..and hopefully the roofers don't bother him to much .. Sounds like you have a lot of amazing trips coming up, I'm sure they will be amazing! have a great day guys!

@Devon - paws crossed the new (old) dose gets us some better numbers! :lol: The roofers will be next door until Wed, then they move to our house, so it will be a noisy week for the kitties.

We fattened up Zener's dose this morning back to the last good dose, so we shall see what happens. Mr P seems to take a holiday whenever we get to 1.25u.

Zener will do better on the new dose, as you have done everything to keep his numbers good...Roofers will probably raise Zener's bg, so stress will play a part...Hope the new dose works...FD is still a mystery to us all.

I hope the kitties aren't too upset by the roofers. I'm sure you guys are the same as me: the noise bothers me, because I worry so much about it bothering my kitties!

@Amy - I'll pass along your "work it" advice to the big guy. If you blow up the picture, the spines of the books are hysterical! :lol: And you are so right about if it bothers us, we pass it along to the kitties. We did our normal things today and after the initial noise of unloading all the stuff, the kitties seemed to settle down.

@Michelle & Mannie - passing along the make it count instructions to the mighty Z! I do get to travel to many interesting places. July- Glasgow, Aug-Sept London, Nov - the Netherlands. It's a little different traveling with work things as these trips will be. Hotels, airports and gyms look pretty much the same around the world. :lol:

@Libby & Hershey too - it wasn't too bad today with the roofers since they were not on our roof! Zener's numbers are on the way down tonight, and where they stop, nobody knows! ;-)

We had a lovely lunch with a friend and are hoping for a drama-free evening!

That was a quick response to the extra juice! Go Zener! It's time to surf safely now big guy.

Glasgow should be interesting, they speak with such a strong accent there. I remember one time asking a bus driver if he stopped at a particular location. He talked for a while, I nodded my head, and stepped off the bus, having no idea what he said!!

good grief! look at all the kitties hitting the green floor hard and partying it up!!! go Zener go!

what's the betting there will be a trampoline contest tomorrow!?!!! sure hope they all decide to just sleep it off quietly!

@Wendy - it was a quick response, so maybe he would have done this without the fattening....where is my crystal ball? Whatever it is, we like it! :mrgreen: I've never been to Scotland before, but I have worked with some Scottish athletes. I could understand them a lot better than the Irish athletes!

@Pip - Monday night must be the PJ party night! And yep, I reckon there will be some numbers in the stratosphere tomorrow. ;-)

Will check again in an hour, paws crossed for some surfing for Zener and bedtime for bean!
