Did you double check that number? Was there enough blood/too much blood? Could there be a possibility it was a fur shot? Any other food around that Tidus could have gotten into?
I'm not an expert by any means, but just asking a few questions to rule out possible variables.

hmm .. Well I checked out the SS .. I really am not good at analyzing them unfortunately .. I hope someone can come along and help figure this out for you .. I know it's gotta be frustrating ..

I don't think he got into any other food. He licked the bowl after Mikey ate but I don't think there was anything left. I don't know if zantac or bactaquin make a difference.
I will check him again in a little while he just ate. They were all starving.

Well, I think you may be on to something. These are the ingredients in Bactaquin:
Fructooligosaccarides are sugars. I linked the Wiki page.
I also agree with Reagan -- when you see a number that just doesn't make sense, re-test. Last night I got a reading in the 400s, as well. I retested and the new test was in the 200s which was consistent with the other numbers that evening.

- Active Ingredients: Guaranteed Analysis- Each capsule contains: Enterroccus Faecium (total bacteria min ... 1 million CFU's)
- Inactive Ingredients: Dried Enterococcus Faecium (fermantation product), Gelatin, Yeast (Faex) Extract, Fructooligosaccharides, Gum Arabic, Titanium Dioxide
