ok So I shot 3.25
thinkin he would be fine....he is now at 66 so I just gave him some dry food
I thought hs nigh t numbers would stay high but they did not

I will kee p watch on him tonight...I guess younever know
...crap I hate this ****ing dance!!\
 
his 66 is at 5.5

I am watchin him like a hawk...damn he always goes high at night and low at day time

so I thought shootin him tonight would be ok
 
Do you have any higher carb food with gravy. Let him lick up the gravy. Don't let him eat alot of food and get full, you may need him to keep eating for a while.
 
he ate at about 5.5 and I am going feed him wet food soon...but he got some treats
at 5.5 so we shall see soonn... keep you posted
 
It looks like he usually hits his low around +5 - +7 so you may be OK tonight. If he just ate, I'd test again at +6.5 and see where he is at before I fed a higher carb food. If this 66 was at like +2 or +3 that would be a different story.
 
You will be fine my friend....you know how to handle the situation...but, could you please tell us how you really feel about the dance?

I'm going to stay up and wait for your next test.......
 
ok he is at 72 at 6 hours so I thin k he is ok

so that is good he just ate wet food again so I thin he ok

You need to keep a check on him...yes, he is going up, but that is not a big difference in test numbers
 
I agree with Kim - that's 30 min after eating, so not a big jump. You should test again in an hour just to confirm things.
 
He should start coming up naturally soon with PZ poop out but I would keep checking him to make sure.

You may get a crazy high PS from his liver dumping sugar.
 
Hes probably heading up but you need to keep feeding a little higher carb food along and maybe a treat or two and check about every 20-30 minutes.
Hope hes starts holding steady soon so you can rest tonight.

I fed him some carbs so he is fine now oand chllin on the sofa like nothin had happened!!
