Hi Everyone,
Rusty and Edward had a good day while I was out on the hike. Cool and cloudy weather with a few light sprinkles. Rusty got a "blood shot" this morning, but is fine. My hike, a bushwhack through the forest to a campsite on Lower Saranac Lake, was fun, and my knee was fine. I worried about it because I tweaked it yesterday, but I wore my Tommie Copper knee sleeve and that light, stocking-like compression sleeve was all that I needed. Much more comfortable than knee braces!
This evening we are relaxing and watching the recap of the Tour. Rusty is eating his dinner on the couch, in front of the TV. Caught the end of the Netherlands- Argentina semi final of the World Cup. What a difference from the Germany- Brazil game.
Hope you all had a good day and that the kitties who were not feeling well are better today.
