All's good in Pollywood. The girl is hanging blue, touching green and leveling out a bit. Lots of yowls, some scampers, a little cardboard box hopping and rolling around. Even an early morning wake-up push me-pull me while I tried to catch a wee more sleep.

Found a rather frantic slight black lab mix girl while driving home yesterday in a pounding rain/lightening/thunder storm. She jumped in the car immediately when I stopped and opened the back door. Poor thing. Found her person's phone and address through the city tag she was wearing, but no one was home; the yard gate was fenced and locked. So, she spent the night with us, on the porch looking longingly through the glass door to the house. Will was "meh." The cats, curious. Got her back home this morning. A real sweety.

Off work today; off work tomorrow. Gotta get all that PTO used before the end of August when I'm done for good. Do enjoy being home with the critters. Next step, get something productive done while I'm home. Maybe!

Sounds like you are the home for little wanders. LOL Nice that you picked her up. She must of been scared to death in the rain. Nice report for Polly. Sending more healing vines for Will.
 
Awwwww, so glad you were able to find her owners and get her safely home! Enjoy the days off!!!! Love hearing how great Ms. Polly is doing!
 
so good the dog jumped in..... i hate it when they run away when you are trying to save them.

What a kind soul you are Marilyn, glad the dog came to no harm. Polly sounds in fine fettle today. Enjoy your days off, chores can wait.

Awesome that you were able to bring about a happy ending for that doggie and it's family. I hope they learned a lesson!!! I have often tried to catch a dog that was running loose near the road and never yet had any luck. I guess I have CAT PERSON written all over me! :rolleyes::joyful:

Flat Polly Blue Polly, nice to see you. Feel free to become Green Polly tomorrow while the bean is home to appreciate it. ;)
 
I'm glad you were able to help the poor dog and get her back to her owners. Polly is looking good. Enjoy your time off with the furbabies.
 
Glad you were able to find the doggie's home....lucky girl to be found by you! Enjoy the PTO.....just a wee bit jealous over here!!
