Good morning!

Here is yesterday's condo. I'm still new and learning the ropes, but today I have to leave for work. I am going to test her on my way out the door, but then I won't be back until +11. Unfortunately Nadia won't get many tests in today. I'm leaving food out for her and praying all is well.

Thank you so much for the encouragement! I'm sitting at work, but of course worried about my little sugar baby. :) Good news is that she seems to be taking to the tests and shots very well!

Shortly after this mornings pokies (which is my term for her shots/tests) she found a ray of sunshine in our bedroom and stretched out. Hardly a traumatized cat. :) I'm so happy she's taking to pokies well!

Okay so I decided to work from home this afternoon to squeeze a couple of tests in. Nadia had food left out for her in my absence so I'm not sure when she last ate although she was napping in the bedroom which makes me think it hadn't been for a while. Who knows for sure though?

I took a BG test when I walked in the door and was surprised to see it at 269! She stinks like insulin too so I bet I only got a furshot this morning. Argh. Either that, or maybe she ate before I tested? I'm a little frustrated because I'm pretty sure it was a furshot because her back smells like insulin and it never has before. Doh! :(

Should I still give her the 0.5u tonight as planned?
