This is the worst PMPS, and the first yellow, we've had in two weeks. It's also a sign that the stability we achieved while OH was away is starting to slip away. Normally, I'd respond to this by kicking his dose back up. But he's been in the 40s for three out of the last four days at the current dose. So I'm fudged if I do, and fudged if I don't.
