did i already suggest the pm+9 snack for tyler? i'm thinking so, but maybe not. in a cat with a re-awakening pancreas, feeding a teaspoon of regular low carb food at +9 can stimulate the pancreas to put out some of its own insulin. that can bring down the amps. you do want it to be literally a teaspoon, because you don't want to overwhelm his pancreas with too much at once if it is switching back on.
if you're not already doing this, i'd give it a try. the goal of this is to bring down the amps.
make sure to note it on his spreadsheet so you know what's working/not working. and so i don't keep suggesting something you're already doing! ;-) :lol:
