7/8 Shoot, miss or delay advice. Rosie AMPS 20.5 PMPS 5.1

Good evening all, sorry if the 911 is inappropriate but I've never been in this situation before .

Rosie is usually high preshot, this is only the second time I've caught a green reading and never before insulin. To complicate things she had an abcess drained today and an antibiotic injection. For now I've decided to delay, feed and recheck.

Thanks for any advice.
 
What is the US equivalent?

Will you be able to monitor today? Plenty of strips, hypo kit (HC food, honey, etc.)?
 
I haven't done it yet, too scared. If it was day I would but I cant watch her properly all night. It's 8pm here. My gut feel is to skip and go again in the morning unless her numbers come up in the next few hours.

Ok, sorry. Looked at the SS and saw the dose. Retest 30 min from original PMPS and see if she is coming up.
