WCR: Most Ps in place. Appy is pretty good; mood is pretty good; snuggles are great. In fact, I think she's getting a little too use to me going back to bed after AM feeding. This morning, I was just going to get up and get started on my painting projects (contemplating chevron stripes on pony wall), but she was having none of it. She started meowing & crying at me...all the while, leading me down the hallway to my bedroom. Once in bed, she crawled under the covers and snuggled with me.
I forgot to mention all the fun on Monday...So, she wasn't feeling well by the time I got home early afternoon. I gave her ~75 mL sub-q fluids and went about my business. After putting stuff away in bathroom, I saw a little gecko slither by the bathroom door. Before I was able to do anything...Shasta to the rescue! She was in hunt mode and caught that little jerk before he was able to make it under the couch. She had it in her mouth and when she went to reposition it, I snatch it & flushed it. (I smushed it when I snatched it from her.) Not one minute after I flushed it did I find another one slithering up the bathroom wall. I won't go into what I found yesterday when I cleaned out my back shed!
EEEEKKKKKK!!!!!!! Wish I could get my little stray kitty to clean out my shed...and the barn (rats!)
