My cat has not eaten since 2PM he's refusing all food since then His shot time is 9:15 I tried syringe feeding baby food & he vomited. I waited as long as i could & gave him 1.25 insulin shot his bg has been high 320 at shot time. Now I'm very worried about tonight. no food Vomiting & maybe I shouldn't have given insulin? Is this going to turn into an emergency
