Do you mean 7/8 on the subject line? Great numbers Miss Phoebe. Any decrease is up to you. Normally we wait for under 50 and I expect she will give that to you soon. If you need more sleep, you could take her down a bit. This is advice for Phoebe only, a high dose kitty.

@Wendy&Neko sleep? What is that? Lol yes ty for the heads up. Yep getting plenty of sleep. Not. If we go down you suggested 1 unit at a time correct? Or half?

Last time you went down by 1.5 units and she did fine. You could try an1.0 unit reduction and see how she does. Hopefully enough to keep the green, but a little higher nadirs. That would be "shaving" the dose. Over 20 units we typically make changes by 2 units at a time.
