Yesterday's Condo

Snuggles during snooze alarm time is how the morning began. It's one of my favorite ways to start the day. Gabby was hungry at breakfast. The only almost "Oops!" was that Gizmo and Gabby switched bowls while I was filling Gabby's syringe. When I turned around to shoot, it took a second or so to realize that Gabby wasn't where I expected her to be. It would not have been a good thing if I gave Gizmo the shot intended for Gabby. It's a very good thing that I had my contacts in.

That reminds me of that commercial "Here Kitty...want to snuggle with mama?" as she lets a raccoon into her house through the sliders!
It's a commercial for new glasses...LOL. Hope you have a good day today...nice blue AMPS for Gabby girl!

Good Morning to Gabby and Gizmo and you. This takes me back to when I was feeding two stray kitties for a neighbor while she was away. I called the kitties, and a little fox that trolled the neighborhood came strolling down. Believe it or not the cats showed up and the fox ran away. I lived near a canyon those days. It's always good to shoot the right cat... and only in this context such a saying is a good thing. :-D
Gabby is doing well! Perhaps she picked up another sport at circus school....

I almost shot Percival my civvie once instead of Tray. How I mixed them up (one is all white, one all black!). Now I try and not do anything before caffene!
Gabby is doing awesome though! Great #s

Sienne, I know the feeling with the civvies. My Bella was rubbing up against me one morning when I was filling Napoleon's shot and I pushed the plunger up to release the extra, but the plunger was stuck so when it finally moved the insulin went flying up in the air and landed on Bella. I tried to wipe her off I was just so scared she was going to lick it off and had no idea how it would affect her. She was fine needless to say :-) Glad your civvie dodged that shot :lol:

I don't know if this is Gabby bouncing or whether her +4.5 is due to my having given her a fair amount of gravy before running off to work. I came rushing back to check on her since she had just landed in the green before I needed to leave. I'm hoping it's the latter.

I too hope it is a bounce from the gravy. Glad you did not shoot the wrong cat. Tuffy and Bandit did that to me when Tuffy was on 3.75 u. She and Bandit switched places, I was leaving for work and shot Bandit. Needless to say Bandit spent the day at the vet for monitoring and Tuffy did not get her shot. 1st last and only time I did that. Tuffy and Bandit look alike. Both long haired tigers.

That would have sucked! No mixing my kidz...Gotti's 23 lbs and Doodles is a little thing. I did stick my self with the needle when getting
Doodles ready! Kinda takes you back a little, like that wasn't a good thing? Guess you only have to do once :lol: :lol:

Geez, I had never even thought to worry about shooting the wrong cat, but I guess I should add that to my running list of concerns. :shock: I'm glad you had your contacts in, too!!

Looks like Gabby is being Gabby today. Must be the heat. Anyway, she's coming down nicely this evening; hopefully not too fast.
