Yesterday's condo

OK China baby...it's time to jump on that pretty surfboard of yours and ride the wave!

I guess I should have reminded her that I have to go to physical therapy at +7 today so she could have trended a little higher, huh?..LOL (of course until about an hour ago, I'd forgotten it too!)

Luckily I shouldn't be there too long, and it's not far away, so I should be home by about +8 or +8.5

Be good little China! Your aunts and uncles from LL will be watching you while I'm gone!

Edited to add...Thank you China!! Mama feels better about leaving when you're at 80! :mrgreen:

Okay, just curious. How the heck do you measure 1.54 units? With digital calipers, or was that a typo? :lol:

China's spreadsheet looks so darned pretty. I know she keeps you on the edge of your seat many times, but gosh, that's a lot of good, healing numbers! :mrgreen:

Surf safely, little China. Cinco's on the way to see you!!!! Perhaps you can meet him a little closer to shore?

Hope all went well at PT, Chris. How much longer do you have to do that?

Typo fixed! I was sure I'd already fixed that!....LOL

China was a good little kitty and (once again) has an almost textbook cycle! Who is that white cat?? :lol:

PT was not a lot of fun....this was my first session since the knee surgery back on March 6th (we've been arguing with my insurance over covering therapy all this time) I don't know if it's a scheduled time or if I keep going until the knee is doing what it's supposed to be doing. For now, it's twice a week therapy (to fit into my already busy schedule)

I just hope that in the time we've been fighting, that the damage that was fixed has stayed fixed. I know it didn't take much to get that knee and the muscles in my thigh screaming in protest!

She sure teased you with that +5 and turned it around to a perfect, safe cycle...way to go, China!

UGH on insurance. I hate the stuff. I hope your PT gets easier over time...PT is no fun, but if it's good PT, it does so much good.

I'm glad China surfed safely while you were gone. I hope the PT helps your knee. Hopefully next time it won't be as grueling.

So sorry that you had to deal with the insurance company. I had to go to PT for my wrist before they would approve surgery. When I got my bill I was shocked! The therapist did three things....put heat on it, did a deep tissue massage, and the rubbed the area. Imagine my surprise when I saw that I got charged for each thing she did! I thought that there was one cost for an hour of therapy....lol, boy was i wrong! I hope it helps you, tho.

Well that's kind of a strange +4, but I can't say I'm really too surprised considering the cypro kicked in and she ate almost an entire can of FF in 2 hours.

Guess we'll see where she's at later in the cycle when some of that has worn off!

Every bone in my body hurts tonight (not surprising after the PT today) but it sure makes it hard to get real enthusiastic about going back for round two on Friday!
