Yup, our morning started out with a BLACK reading, but since he was in the BLUE yesterday, I am hoping this is just a temporary bounce, and he will come back down. Have a good day all!

Bounce cleared way too fast. Congrats on the reduction. Back to 2.0 in the morning! Are you going to be able to go in your vacation? Is your pet sitter able to work?

Great. Just retested and he is 64. Should I retest again in an hour, or since he increased a bit, he should be fine for the night?

He’s still too low for an AT. Feed some mc and recheck in 30 minutes.

Ok. Read it. He ate 90-95% of the can of MC Fancy Feast. I will retest in 20 mins. If he is still rising, that will be 2 rising BGs in a row.
So glad I wasn't working tonight.
I suspect he will bounce very high again tomorrow from being low tonight.

Good. When they drop under 68 so early in the cycle food can bring them up but they can fall again so you have to stay on it. You need to be careful that he doesn’t get too full in case he needs to eat more to get him to safe numbers. Then you need him to be safe for two hours without food. I know you leave food out all the time but you have to know he will eat if his bg drops again. Does that make sense?

Test at 12 midnight was 151, so I think we are good. That MC food really brought him up.
So, in the morning he may be in the BLACK.
Seems like he just continues to bounce and bounce.
