Good morning everyone!!

I'm not sure what Billie was up to in last night's cycle. It looked like a flat one, so maybe she was bouncing from a drop in the AM cycle. Hopefully, she gets back to green today! I hope everyone is doing well!

Marilyn and Elise, thank you for stopping by!! Billie had a nice day today, although not as much green as I would have liked to see.

Is it too soon to say that her numbers are trending up from the most recent dose decrease to 1.25? She had a nice cycle during the day yesterday, but that probably had something to do with the depot from the 1.5. Today's curve looked pretty nice, but her nadir was in the 80s rather than the 50s and 60s like it has been on other green days which is why I'm wondering if she's trending up. I gave her the 1.25 tonight and will see what happens, but I'm wondering if we should think about increasing back up/what to look for.

good for you for watching for that.

i think i'd give her another day and see what the overall range does. You've had green nadirs in the 2 day cycles after the reduction. i wouldn't worry about nadirs in the 80's - that's totally fine, but i might go back up to see if the higher numbers could come down. Lower nadirs aren't better than 80's - it's all good if it's in normal numbers - but yes, i could see thinking that the rest of her numbers might come down with a bit more insulin.

Thanks Julie! I will see what happens tonight and tomorrow. At least we have a blue preshot number tonight!
