Hello everyone,
Tipper's back!!!
We are approaching our 6 month anniversary of Tipper's diagnosis. After some set backs with pancreatitis and ER visits
she is holding her own. Her BG's are high and she is a very bouncy girl!! But her appetite is good and she is a happy kitty!!!
Thanks for reading and keeping everyone in our thoughts and prayers,

Patty and Tipper

Oh TIpper I'm happy to see you're out of the ER! Couldn't have been an easy time for your kitty.

I'm not a dosing expert but I do wonder if it's time for an increase. Even though there isn't alot of recent spot checks, the ones before seem to say that Tipper could use an increase. Hopefully someone with more experience can pipe in.

welcome back!

More than likely Tipper could use a dose adjustment. Will you be able to get spot checks any time soon? Without mid-cycle tests, it's impossible to tell if her dose is too much or too little.

Read this for a thorough explanation: No Tickee (no nadirs) No Washee (no dose adjustments)

If you can get some mid-cycle checks we can probably help you get her numbers down. That is, if you are looking for advice. ;-)

Thanks everyone its good to be back, and yes Tipper brought her high #'s with her. Thats my girl such an over achiever ;-)
