Good Morning, Everyone, TGIF,

It is a beautiful summer day and not expected to get as warm as originally predicted. Maybe some showers tomorrow afternoon, but otherwise a good weekend. Linda (Bear Man) left Toronto at 6 A.M., so she is on the road 3 hours already. We expect her in the mid afternoon, and Claudia (cjleo) in the late afternoon tomorrow.

Rusty had a good night sleeping with his beans. At one point we all were woken up with what may have been a cat fight outside (or maybe cats mating). Rusty just went back to sleep after a trip to the window to check it out. This morning he had a good test, breakfast, shot (I think) and is now chillaxin' in his little bed, waiting for his Auntie Lindabean.

Edward is feeling a lot better today, but is still tired. He'll be able to have a relaxing weekend while we women talk "cats"!!

Sounds like a great weekend in store for you! I'm sure Edward could use the rest. We do like to talk "cat" don't we? Have a great time Ella!!

Hi Ella, I'm sorry to hear about Edward and sending vines for a good recovery. I've been mia two days with computer woes, so I just read yesterday's condo to get caught up. Have a great time with Linda and Claudia this weekend. Nice blue for Rusty today.

Enjoy you "cat talk" Ella! It's so nice to meet & share feelings with friends who can understand our feeling for our cats!

Morning Ella - I am so glad that Edward is feeling better. That is great! Your weekend, and today, sound really very very cool. Enjoy the time!! and Please say hello to Linda for me. Mannie has his cooking bag all packed - muttering something about needing to help tomorrow with your cooking stuff. He says he will behave. :cool:

It sounds like a great weekend shaping up! have a good time w/ Rusty's aunties. Tess wants to know if you need more help w/ the cookies. Or maybe some lap time, she never gets a chance anymore w/ Tobey around!

Hi again, Everyone,

Linda arrived around 2 p.m. and we had a nice afternoon. Linda & I walked around a local pond while Edward and Rusty enjoyed the backyard. Then Rusty caught a mouse!! He played with it, killed it, and was about to eat it when Edward intervened (we don't want him eating mice a week after a tooth extraction!!). He was miffed, but has forgiven Edward (we think). He had some great play time with a new tinsel wand that Linda brought him, and also some "squirrels" that Pinky selected as a gift for Rusty. He demolished one of them already!

Thinking of you all, but will not be able to visit condos tonight. Linda sends greetings to everyone.

It's so wonderful that you are having a visit with Linda and it sounds like Rusty has been a good host by providing the entertainment!
Hope you have a wonder time together.

Oh and nice pmps there Rusty! Keep surfin' big guy!

Thanks for visiting us, everyone. Rusty slept in his basket all evening. I guess he was worn out! It's also warmer and muggier than it has been and the big guy in the fur coat suffers in the heat!
We all had a fun evening eating pizza, 3-berry pie, drinking Ontario wine, watching the re-run of the Tour de France, and talking.

I hope all is well in LL and wish everyone a good evening,
