another yellow and blue day.... Mannie: that is the stuff dosecreases are made of. Perhaps after over 170 cycles on this dose you need a change? Let's see.... we are on cycle 8 with no greens - been very close with low low 100's, but... oh wait! we did get a 98 @ +6 last night.... My patience pants are on Mannie, but well, ya know, greens or up goes the dose... LUBS ya big guy, you can do it! THINK GREEN! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :razz: We had a great test feed and shoot this morning - greeted with purrs and head rubs. YAY! I love it when they run as smooth as silk... usually first off in the morning the hasn't kicked in yet and it is all one big blur.... Good news though!: I must have served good fuds, or else he was just really hungry, or maybe he was just glad that it wasn't wellness chicken: :lol: :lol: we had clean late club status in record time, followed by a major face washing. and - no civvie whacking. :shock: I am however happy to report that the kitty choir, aka my back up alarm system, was fully operational this morning, and all three of them made sure I got up.... Phew! and saved from over-sleeping once again. :razz: ;-) opps!: almost forgot: the nanners needed extra security last night. Seems that Elsa waned to remove one for herself. uh noooooo, not allowed per the Nanner King, He promptly took it back. :lol: :lol:

Today begins my DGS sitting duties through the end of the week. I hope I can get to condos, but not too sure that I will be able to. Do know that am thinking of you all, and your furkids!! THINK GREEN kitties!

Hey Mannie! Can you believe Curry is OTJ? That is so awesome. I am ready to go and have my apron and cap on for the big Texas shindig!!! I was also able to sneak some fuds when my mom wasn't looking.

Michelle, have a lovely day with Nicholas, hopefully with a nice walk or hike in good weather. It is pouring here right now: showers are expected all day. I hope they won't be too severe where we're going (it's about 2 hours away and therefore might be in a better weather zone).

I fed 14% MC from the get go, to bump him up some, and will test @ +.5, +1, adjust foods accordingly. WOW - I wonder if that is my lowest PS number.... dang close! and yes - shot full dose.... :shock:

and now my disclaimer: NEWBIES!, if any of you are reading this.... Do not shot a BG number this low without guidance, and data to support your decision. I test alot, monitor Mannie very carefully when his numbers are this low. I know how he reacts to foods and can feed to steer the cycle. Shooting low requires testing.... lots of testing....

GO MANNIE! wow - maybe I should have threatened a dosecrease sooner... He must have read his condo....

99 @ +1.5. this was fed with cooked chicken. He gets it every night at this time. so.... no denying the boy. we will see if that makes any difference, as opposed to a LC or MC fuds..... next mini meal is at +2.

Oh boy, Mannie gets some cooked chicken. I started giving Maggie some boiled chicken but lately have been slipping. I accidentally found out Maggie likes Greek plain yogurt from a spoon? Mannie is doing awesome tonight! Great job!

Hi Sandy - thanks for the visit!! thanks -it's been a good cycle, a little omg at the beginning., but turning out well so far... might be along night... and yes! :lol: :lol: ears of steel... he has one spot that just bleeds very easily, so all in all not too bad... He never complains, sure does help!

Hi Ann - oh Mannie just LOVES cooked chicken - huge hit. He knows what time it's served, and he waits.... really on the yogurt? Nice - Mannie will eat from a spoon too if it is something he really likes. Like greek yogurt... Maggie it should be good for you, so ask for more...
