Good morning LL!! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (Recovery fuel.... hurry Elsa!), and Happy Caturday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! Lola and Bug, founders of Paw Prints Pizza, are very grateful to Ollie who came and help them get the red white and blue splotches out of their furs. He used a hose! and lots of sponges!! Better than bath they said. They are backs to work today - pizzas for all of LL, cuz they say it is Caturday, and everyone should have pizza on Caturday. COOL! so. well. anyways. ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Triple shot espressos, with beans from Ethiopia! AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a Venti quad almond roca infused mocha, with chocolate caramel whip, garnished with caramelized almond clusters, chocolate shavings, a dusting of crystallized caramel and dark chocolate drizzle. OH! No worries, a dollop of chocolate curls, and almond and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with caramel drizzle. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! SWEET! AND!!! It is a go! We will have, for sure, TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts! Lola and Bug are helping!

I hope everyone had a great day yesterday! We had sunny skies, after some morning clouds and a small rain threat, with temps up to 75. Our weather folks say we can expect more of the same for several more days. AWESOME! Anyways, Nicholas and I were glad to see the sun come out after we had been tp the pool. Berry hunting was waiting afterall. well.... truth be told he and I would have gone with or without the sun. It was a good day for him yesterday, we had fun, despite his being a little on the tired side. Here's what I wrote in lst night's post: "HI everyone! Happy Friday afternoon!!! Nicholas and I have just returned from the pool, and out inevitable berry hunting. He did really well today considering how really tired he was. He and mom and dad and William were up very late last night watching the fireworks. Nicholas told me they were HUGE and NOISY and lots of BOOMS and very pretty colors. Guess he was impressed! Apparently last night William had "one of those nights", was fussy fron 1-4AM (poor DD!). Nicholas told me at least 4 dozen times that "it was dark in my room and I wokes up and William was crying in the other room. He cries alot! I helped mommy! and thens I went back to sleep". awwwwww.... anywyas - it was a long night for him, so I was surprised when we put in 2 hours at the pool. He has resigned himself that the big pool is closed for now, and that soon he can go back there. We made good use of the water slides and the cannons today, and had a great time. Berry hunting was a big hit, lots still be be picked. Another surprise that he still wanted to go, but not too surprised when He told me halfway through that he was sleepy and wanted to go back. well duh, little guy. You should be! ;-) I hadn't buckled the seat buckles yet when I noticed he has crashed. Yes, one very tired little boy...." Normalcy reigns in Three MusketeerVille! :-D :-D  Although they spent most of yesterday sleeping.... Seems that all the festivities from the 4th of July, and a few BOOMS at 3AM just wore them out. It was so odd not the hear the roar of thunder feet running down the hall at all hours of the day. Nicholas and I did come home from the pool to find kitty toys scattered everywhere. His comment was: "Grammie!! LOOK! Lola and Big made a big mess! Mannie didn't make mess" Oh cute, and right he was. Mannie never did make a mess, he just arranged and rearranged and moved those nanners daily. :-D :-D All those patterns he made, and the nanner mattresess. Ah... what a great memory. I can still see Nicholas bringing Mannie all his nanners, every morning. That was so cool, what good friends they were. :-D :-D

Have a great day everyone! I am off shortly to go on a very short hike up at Snoqualmie Pass with my DD, Nicholas and William. DSIL has to work, so Erin (DD) and I thought we'd do up to a place that Nicholas really likes: gold Creek pond, ans spend some time this morning. It will be good for her to get out, and YAY! Big Bro can show little Bro all the ins and outs of hiking. No doubt he will. :-D

KITTIES!: Think BLUE!!, Think GREEN!!

Elsa, thank you for the early ~O) ~O) ~O) ! The espresso is my favorite.

Oh Michelle, enjoy your hike with DD and the two DGSs. You are really starting early with William. It should be a great day out :-D

That is cute.

I hope you have a good hike today with your DD and Nicholas and William.

Good Morning, guys,

William's first hike! Big Brother supervising!! How neat. Guess Grannie will be getting out her baby backpack. Does Erin have one, too? Sound like perfect weather for a little hike.

Lola and Bug are good at making messes, from what Elsa says, so I guess it wasn't surprising that they left their toys scattered all over the house. Nicholas, you'll just have to get used to it! (We all remember how neat and careful Mannie was--what a cat!)

Elsa, the Ethiopian espresso is, as you know, my absolute favorite. It tasted so good this morning!

Have a wonderful day, Michelle,

hugs and scritches,

Ella & Rusty

Morning Good Friends! More Happy Caturday to you! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O)

Morning John! ~O) ~O) ~O) I will, that is for sure! This will be alot of fun. And yes on William. My DD and DSIL have already been out with him ball games, daily walks, etc, since he was a week old. WooHOO! So looking forward to today.
Uncle John! YESSS! I founds your favorite! Duly noted in my log book! Got you covered. COOL! ~~ Elsa, Lil BIT, kitteh barista

Morning Carla ~O) ~O) ~O) I thought so too. Funny too that he remembered that about Mannie. :-D THX on today - I am sure it will be good.

Morning Ella ~O) ~O) ~O) Yupp, that it is: his first hike, at a ripe old age of 4 weeks. I have gotten out my babypack, and yes, Erin has one too. She has been out on daily walks with him, sporting events etc. so we are good to go. The weather should be really nice at the Pass: sunny and 60. YAY! That and incredible scenery!!! :-D :-D :-D This is so true on the kitties and the messes. There were toys everywhere - they didn't miss a room.  They are so different than Mannie in that regard. Part of me knows that Nicholas enjoys having a kitty that will chase him when he has one of those cat dancers he can run with. all too fun! THX on today - it will be a ton of fun, nice to be out on the Pass with family. YAY!
Auntie Ella, yupp! I knows, and now I knows it is Uncle John's fav too! Cool huh! ~~ Elsa, Lil BIT, kitteh barista

Morning Michelle, enjoy that hike with DD and William and Nicholas, how fun to have the two DGS's together for their first hike with you. So nice for Erin to get away, too.
Elsa, thanks you for the doubles on everything today, excellent as always.
Lola gives me a laugh every time I hear what she's beeen doing and all the places she climbs. Her and Bug are joined at the hip, and they give Elsa so much respect.
Great pics of Nicholas, Bear and the swimming. Have a great day, Michelle.

Sounds like you have an amazing morning liked up, with William's first hike! I can't wait to see those pictures....what a lucky baby, having a Mama adventurous enough to take him on a hike at just 4 weeks!

Messy kitties keep life interesting!! Have a great day, Michelle!

Hey Lil Bit,

My bean says it's super hot out so she would like a pitcher of iced tea and a pitcher of iced coffee supreme. She called from the pool and asked if you would deliver there instead of home today. Cause it's super hot. She also promised that you won't have to go into the pool either, just leave the goodies on the edge of the pool and back away real careful like!

But if you want to chillax, she said you could borrow her pool chair and lounge in the water if you want. That does mean you'll get wet, but it's so hot you'll dry quick. Being a black kitteh, I'm going to stay in the nice cool house with the A/C cause I don't want to fall into the silly pool and get wet. I get cranky when wet!

So, hurry, hurry Lil Bit oooh and have the silly ones deliver her some pies too. I'll bet you she's hungry as well as thirsty!

Signed Maui the Magnificent, the best delegater and chillaxer

Yum on the delicious beverages this morning. And what a great story about Nicholas, from taking care of his new brother, to noticing that Lola and Bug are not nearly as neat with the nanners as our beloved Mannie. I suspect that no matter what age, we can all remember that first special furry family member in our lives.

My family didn't allow us to have a typical pet until I was 10, but I was entrusted with carrying for a horny toad I rescued when I was 4. It wasn't a happy ending, but I remember my toady with love, even today...and I'm way past 4. ;-)

HI everyone! Been a gorgeous day here today, once we got rid of the morning clouds. Very sunny, warm and just plain great up at Snoqualmie Pass today. Our hike was so nice, and I think all had a good time. Pond was GORGEOUS! Nicholas guy was in his element, got his fill of rock throwing, stick tossing and lake gazing. It always amazed me when he does that: stands there and just stares, for the longest time. The mountains reflect in a clear lake: beautiful! He's come to love the beauty of the mountains too. It is cool to see him just watching it all. Erin loved the place, and vows to come back when they need just a morning, or a dam, away. William had his first hike, came along for the ride, and did very well. Nicholas made us stop now and then so he could make sure that William was OK. He is like Nicholas was at that age: fit right in. we had a great time! I will post the Picassa photo link, and one video link in tomorrow's LooseLips condo.

Hi Ann - I did! It was so nice up there - our weather was perfect, and all of us enjoyed the views immensely. It was really nice to have all of us on a hike together. it is a very short one, but so doable for Nicholas, that I figured it would be a good choice, and it was. Oh yes on Lola - it has been nonstop since I got home. She just finished trying to sit in a few house plants. uh no. I agree with her and Bug being joined at the hip. it is really nice to see them play together so much. I just love it! THX on the photos!
Auntie Ann! You are so welcomes. I will be by shortly. it so warm everywhere that the PM orders are coming in, mega deliveries!! I will bring you something extra good! ~~ Elsa, Lil BIT, kitteh barista

Hi Amy - thx, and yes, that is exactly what it was. William did very well, no fussing, ate well while on the trail, and slept the rest! It was good for Erin to be out too. A very successful first hike for the newest member of our family. She is a believer in adventures, and in getting kids out at an early age. They do well too, no matter how young. It takes a little extra prep to have all the things you need, but so doable. LOL, and agreed on messy kitties!

MAUI! OK! I can do thats! NO PROBLEM! I got lots of afternoon and evening deliveries today, and will bring all kinds of things for your bean. heeheehee i will be real careful, but... Mannie taught me boogie board so I can deliver to the middle of the pool with that. I am very good on the boards.... OOOOOOOOO! A pool chair!!!! I can do that too! OOOO this will be so funs! Can I get a tuna sammich with that? LOl and Bug wanna come too, personal pie delviery and all that. on our way! ~~ Elsa, always ready!

Hi Anne - THX on Nicholas - he never ceases to amaze me. He tries so hard to help with his little bro. I so hope he continues to remember Mannie. They were so close that I think maybe he will. oh my on your today.... We had fish, I never did well with those goldfish....
