I'm not going to test, but pretty sure that experience just shot her numbers way high. I left her claws too long and they got thick, so it definitely wasn't fun and probably was painful for her to get them trimmed. We're now gonna do a monthly trim so they don't get so bad. We had to purrito her, and it def took all three of us to get it done. She also has a bit of arthritis, so having to work around the purrito to get to her claws is probably pretty uncomfortable. She didn't hide after they were done, which is an improvement for my big ol' scaredy. Almost immediately after they left she puked on the floor (does anyone else's cat's puke, move a foot away and then puke again?) and pooped in her tunnel (thankfully that was right at the end of the tunnel). Now she's laying in a laundry basket and we're just gonna let her nap.

The vet and vet tech did say how great she looks, and how good her coat looks. They were super impressed with her numbers lately. It's super amazing to have a vet who, while she doesn't necessarily recommend to test the way I do, she isn't against me doing it, and that is great! I'm also so ridiculously happy I found one who does home visits, and is okay with texts and emails with questions.
