Thank you CD (Carolyn) for the wonderful slideshow today. What gifted and talented bean you are. Your slideshow made this milestone official. CURRY IS OTJ !

Thank you Rebecca for creating and maintaining this invaluable website. I found your great website the day Curry was diagnosed. You are a lifesaver.

And thank you all so very much in Lantus Land as well as the folks on FD Health Board. I don’t know what I would have done without your support and guidance. You walked with me as I started this journey and held my hand as I timidly began this new learning experience. And what an experience it was. You gently provided “wet noodles” when appropriate, kind words of encouragement and cyber hugs when I needed it. You guys became my family. A family that stood with me all the way through this challenging journey. A family that I will never forget and will always love. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys rock!!!

I wanted to share a slideshow I put together about Curry’s FD experience. I did borrow one photo from CD (with her permission) that she had artfully created and put in Ella’s condo since it was so darn cute and magical. You’ll recognize her amazing work when you see it. Thank you again CD. And one other photo was from istockphoto, but the rest are mine. Yes, even the one taken about 25,000 miles or more above sea level while travelling back from a conference. I believe I annoyed the heck out of the folks next to me as I merrily clicked away trying to get that one choice photo.

Wow what an amazing video and photography. I admire creative people so much. I don't have a creative cell in my body - no joking. It amazes me that people are so talented.
