Good Morning LL

Today is wonderful for Checkers. :-D He ate, had pill, had tub drinks, had tuna treat, for test.
I did not give bupe ....yet.

He is acting like a playful puppy. I can't remember when he was this alert and active in the morning. :-D
I don't know if it's the weather....it's sunny, cool and dry :-D

That's all for now. I have to get ready to take Tux to clinic, for anal gland expression; I hope that's all. He's scooting and licking.
I suspect he may be constipated, even with Miralax, the last couple days. Guess he needs more.

Omigosh, how could I have forgotten to tell :o Checkers puked up a piece of plastic...2 inches square. It was rolled tightly, long-wise. It was soft, like shrink wrap plastic. I had time to shove a cloth under him, to catch it all.

So, guess who was vacuuming at 7am?
Oops , gotta get dressed.....see y'ouns later. (That's my Pgh. coming out) :lol:

I'm sure glad that came out. It would probably cause all kinds of havoc if it hadn't.

Morning Barb, yikes on the piece of plastic and so glad he vomited it. Sending him vines for his tummy. Also good Vetty vines for Tux. Keep us posted on him.

I'm glad Checkers vomited the plastic. That wouldn't have been good if he hadn't. I hope he's feeling better now. Sending good vetty vines to Tux.

Yikes on the plastic...I'm glad it came out, and I wonder if that's why he's so exceptionally happy this morning. Whatever the reason, it is awesome!

Nice yellow surf going there this morning. So glad Checks is feeling great this morning, I bet it is the weather and getting rid of that plastic! OMG!

Sunny day for Checkers. He's still active. I'm so used to seeing him hanging out in his cube, it's great to have him walking around looking for trouble to get into. :-D

Tux had empty anal glands, and no stool in his lower colon either. I didn't see a doc, saw favorite tech Brandy.

i had one of those 'stifle a snicker" moments. I told Brandy, that I've been giving Tux 1/4 t. Miralax, twice a day....when I think of it. :roll: Today and yesterday, he had it.
So she tells me, in a very diplomatic way, that she will look and see how much he should have.
Heehee, yup, you guessed it. 1/4 teas, twice a day. :-D When it starts working, I can cut back to once day, then every other.

So now, I still don't know why Tux was scooting, and licking.

Hi Barb. Soooo glad to read the good report on Checkers. It nice to see them acting like a kitten some times. One of our civvies, Katie, will go out of her way to get a piece of plastic. It could be a plastic grocery bag or a pretzel bag, they are all the same (yummy) to her. Hope Checkers hasn't found a fondness for plastic because it's a job keeping it away from them.

Hope all went well with Tux at the vets today and that he is no longer suffering from constipation.

I'm so glad to hear Checks is feeling good and looking for trouble!! YAY for feeling good! Go find that fun Checkers - but please no more plastic! ohmygod_smile

Hi Barb, so nice to hear how good Checkers is feeling. That's a nice report on Tux, too, nothing needed done. I think Mary answered the question on scooting. :lol:

See,I can watch the Tour and do condos at the same time!
Wow on the plastic. Rusty likes to lick plastic, but he doesn't eat it. Stu licked it, too. Glad he vomited that square of plastic!
maybe Tux got a mosquito bite on his button?
