Good Morning
After yesterday's whining about how tired I was, who is going to believe me? :lol:
I swear, I did not give it to him...last night, Himself got Tux's kibble ohmygod_smile. I forgot to close the door behind me, when I fed him
When I went back, there was Checkers, in front of the empty bowl, smirking at me.
I just threw up my hands and went to bed.

I'm not surprised at todays amps. After he puked last nite, I gave a quarter tab Pepcid AC, with a little plain yogurt, then a couple teas milk to make sure it wasn't still in his throat.
I expected higher numbers today.

Today's a new day. Thank you all for the encouragement yesterday. Yes, I know, his numbers were not that extremely low, but I am a scaredy cat, when he won't eat to bring the numbers up.

I don't mean to laugh but had to. I can just see the look on his face. :lol: :lol: :lol: What a guy. I missed the low numbers yesterday and the freak out, but it is all understandable. It is scary when you can't get them to come up, especially when they aren't wanting to eat much. ((((Barb)))) You are a great bean and that is what all of us are here for. Only you would be able to talk me down from a ledge over cat issues. Certainly no one in my "real" life would understand. Have a great great day!!

silly Checkers! but maybe he thought you were tired and needed some sleep so he made sure his numbers would be higher!!! and really, in the grand scheme of things, a bounce of 295 off the lows yesterday AND contraband.. well,.... that's really not at all bad is it?! compared to what he used to do! Hope you have a good day today!

Checks, you sly little devil you!! Trix plays the same game with me. She'll act like she's all happy chowind down on her mush, but if I turn my back for a split second, she's got her face in one of the civvies' kibble stash. She is fast.

I don't blame you for being concerned about the low numbers when you've got a kitty who doesn't love canned food. It's not silly to be concerned!!

Morning barb - so sorry I missed yesterday. What a day for you! And I know the worry - when they won't eat when they are low. Kinda reminds me of Pat's Shadow, and in some cases Roni's Moonie. I can so relate on having trouble getting them to get the numbers up - had a few nights when Mannie insisted on surfin 50 - and that was after 20% carb every half hour! shesshhhh - what a day yesterday for you. I hope Checks likes the new dose, that today is a bit calmer.... oh well on the kibble - it will pass, and at least you can get some rest today. I can so see that look of satisfaction on his face after that kibble raid. :lol:

Checkers is feeling much better today, than yesterday. He played so hard this morning, in the darkened hallway, that I feared it was a real mouse, he had :lol:

He doesn't seem to feel well, on low greens.

eta: no matter how many times I say he feels better in blue, I'm still thrilled to see green :mrgreen:

Oh that sneaky Checkers with the kibble; he always gives me a laugh. :lol: I can picture that face, too. I'll have to go back and read yesterday's condo. I also feel worried with low numbers even though Mags is easy to bring up. Checkers sure is looking nice with the 85, nice Nadir, if that's when it strikes. Have a nice afternoon, Barb, and I hope you get in a nap with Checkers and Tux.

nice to see our boys played together for a bit today. Rupie is bouncing up again now, hoping Checkers can keep him from going too far!

That 85 must be such a relief after yesterday. Nice and safe but still green. Keep it up there Checkers! You did great yesterday and the night before Barb. It must be nice to hear him playing so hard with a toy - he must be feeling really good.

Nice day today despite the kibble raid! Little sneak! Sorry I missed the late cycle excitement, he just didn't give you a break yesterday. But today he is right on track!

All food today was LC, except tiny bits of cheese, begged from mama, who can't resist headbutts.
He felt good and was very playful today. Afternoon was spent in cool utility room, in his favorite new spot.
