So after a good day I thought max was surfing blues last night and perhaps he did but now we have a stinky pink start to the day. So a slow decline and surf doesn't prevent the bouncing it seems. I thought maybe that would work. So I've learned there is nothing I can do about it. It's all up to his poor pancreas which is likely trashed from such a long time dealing with chronic pancreatitis.

He woke me meowing for the last two hours or more. I did give him some fd chicken to get him to stop. He's had his baby food and is calling for breakfast now and I need to measure and try again to get rid of bubbles.

Max had a great day yesterday, and I know he will come down from this as well! Glad to hear his appetite is good, you are doing such a great job taking care of him!

Bummer about the bounce....I know it's not a fun thought, but some kitties just are bouncy. Even with that, there is no doubt that Max is much healthier than he would be if he weren't on the juice at all. Still sending prayers that some day he'll decide he's done with being a bouncy boy.

I feel your pain on the bouncing....Gracie has started it again, too. We've had a big weather pattern shift here and I wonder if that has anything to do with it but I don't think you've had the same there.

Sorry the bubbles continue to be a problem. At least if you can't get them out, if you can get them consistent, then you would know he's always getting pretty close to the same amount of insulin. ;-) ;-) :-D :-D

I hope you had some good time with your mom last night and she's doing better.
 
Something just doesn't seem right. I don't know what it is but perhaps the dose is not longer working. His appetite is off since this morning. Maybe the fish oil? I think I might cut back from .75 to .5 and see.
