Yesterday was.... PINK DAY! All. Day. Long. :shock: I really hate pink, in all shapes forms, and shades. :lol: On the bright side it was fairly flat and even, just pink.... :roll: :? :? :? It was so nice to see him begin to come down in the PM cycle. OK Mannie... Blues and greens, OK? We are looking good so far this morning. :-D Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All continues to be well in MannieLand. I still ask every morning if he's doing OK, and he still continues to give me a head rub, with that ever present twinkle in the eyes. I love that eye to eye moment in the morning when I can see that things are OK. :cool: Mannie did well yesterday - what with all the noise and bangs and whistles and BOOMS in the neighborhood. He still made his outdoor rounds, checked the perimeter, made sure the ground cover still had his "reserved for Mannie" sign. He sunned on the deck, ignored most of the noise. He napped on the nanners, cuddled them and made sure they were just so. :-D Holiday festivities, Mannie-style. And...he continues with the new routine of visiting me in the bathroom in the morning wile I am getting ready to start the day. That is one of my fav times. One on one with the Manster. :-D :razz: :cool: :cool: This morning we had a great test, shoot and clean plate club (the president founder and CEO can still claim his title WOO HOO!) - AND the auto feeder still continues to be used by Mannie (although sometimes a little reminder is in order), and Elsa still thinks it has her name on it, yet again.... so once again, as previous days, I can safely say: Some things just never change. Normalcy in MannieLand. :-D How cool is that?

Have a great day everyone. I am back on DGS duty today and tomorrow. His mom and dad are on vacation, but I will care for him anywyas so that they can have sometime for themselves, and do a few tings that Nichols probably would not care for: lie eh King Tut exhibit. So.... I will try and visit condos when I can, but more than likely not until the evening. I will miss you guys, and your furkids. Think blue, think green kitties!

Hey everybody! WOOT!, but I think I am partied out.... 2 OTJ's, and a FULL MOON, and then the 4th of JULY. :shock: :shock: :shock: We so need a chillaxin' day. Maybe poolside, or at the beach. I gots lots of leftovers from the parties, so we got lots to munch on. You guys in? let me know - I ma ready for anything... almost... ~~ Mannie

Glad to hear Mannie is on his way back down from the pink floor. Perhaps he was overloaded with excitmement from all of the parties he attended?! He's such a party animal :cool:

It's nice that you get to have a daily dose of one to one Mannie time. Ella comes to visit me in the bathroom everyday as well. She knows it's the beauty room where she gets to have her fur brushed and styled :-D

Wishing you and Nicholas some lovely adventures for the next few days:)

Morning Tamara - ME TOO! I was so glad to see him make the move last night. And what a wodnerful amps - YAY!! Good be on the party overload - what a guy. :lol: :lol: Yes, that morning routine with them is nice isn't it? I like Ella's routine. Beauty for the bean and the kitty too! very cool. and thanks on the Nicholas wishes - me too! It will be fun - always is. :cool:

Morning Melissa - I believe so too. We beans worry way too much. :? :lol: Thanks on Nicholas - we have great weather, and will be off to a river I hope. Still need to make sure Mannie is a good number before committing. DGS won't care where it is as long as there is water involved. What a kid! :cool: :-D :-D

The pool at Mr. T's sounds great! My bean gots 'noodles' they're like floaties but you can use your claws! WOOT! I'll be there as soon as i figure how to keep them in the Furrari w/ the top down! Anyone want a ride? -- Tess

Wow! So good to see Mannie in Mannie colours again. That new pen sure seems to have some magic in it. Hope you had a great day with DGS today, it's one of those days where we remember why we live in the PNW. I'm glad Mannie survived the noise last night, we even had some on this side of the border! They are illegal here this time of year but people go south and come back with the noise toys.

What a nice surf Mannie had today. What is up with the PMPS? We don't like to see pink again!!!

Michelle, I know you are enjoying your time with Nicholas. He is so lucky to have you as his grandma...and vice versa!!

Well the blues sure weer nice while they lasted... good news is that he is headed back down. Very cool Mannie, but SLOW, OK?

DGS and I had a great time on the Beckler River today. We went in further into the wilderness than we usually go there and found a fantastic spot by the river, right below the mountain range. OMG! It was so so gorgeous there, I will post photos in Mannie's condo tomorrow.

Hi Barb - oh yes on the yay for blue - so so pleased to see that. :-D and it was flat until he decided he needed to check on the pink floor. :roll: silly boy! and YUPP! ha a great time with Nicholas. Off to a river, way back into the wilderness. Gorgeous place! :cool: :cool: :cool:

Hi Wendy - I son agree - two cycles with blue. WOO HOO! I suspect we may have had a green in there too. maybe. :-D and thanks - the day with Nicholas was really nice. He so loves the river, so that is where we went today. and yes - you are right: today was one of those days when I did remember why I live in the PNW. Gorgeous weather, scenery that was unbeatable. Yeah - hear you on the noise toys - they still find them here too illegal or not. Some cities here they are illegal too, so they come to towns where they are ok, like mine. :shock: oh well -some was very pretty, and the cats handled it well. Good to go.

Hi Georgia - Yes on the surf and I asked him the same thing - what is up with that pmps! :shock: Looks like he has decided it was an error in judgment and back down he comes.... sheshh! never a dull moment with this one. hey thanks on DGS - he is so fun, and we get along great. It is such fun to take him to all these great laces - he just soaks it all in. very cool! :-D

Hi Ann - Sure was nice while it lasted, wasn't it. He seems determiner to return there tonight too. I told him it would have been better if he never left there in the first place. :shock: :lol: :lol: I am glad that the BMG managed a poolside performance before he found the trampoline. :-D

I hope you had a fun day with Nicholas; I'm sure you did! Don't know if it's the same one, but we went to see the King Tut Exhibit when it was in SC. My kids LOVED it! Wow - that's been years ago...back when all three were still at home...Anyhoo - it was neat -

Uh Mannie? Can you grab onto the ropes? I tied them to the noodles and they floated over the Furrari just like balloons, then, uh, ….well, … I sort of floated off w/ them! :oops: -- Tess
