Well after yesterday's beautiful numbers, today's are ICKY...except the AMPS and +2 so those are the only ones I'll pay attention too....makes my life a lot less stressful....lol

When we were trying to find more Natures Variety last month, the specialty store I ordered it from also carries Answers but before it had only been dog food or goats milk. This last time they had a new Answers for Cats so I thought it'd be worth a try. So far, China's not too impressed and I'm still a little nervous over our RadCat experiment, but we'll see how it goes for a few days. I only bought one carton so it won't be a total loss if I end up throwing it out. The Nutritional Breakdown looks pretty good. 1% carb As Fed and 3.8% Dry Matter (not sure which is the most important) but it's pretty low calorie per ounce

Of course if she won't eat it, it's a moot point!

Sure hope tonight is a lot quieter than last night was! We had what sounded like mortar rounds going off until after midnight last night! Sounded like we were in a war zone!

 
Those kitties sure love to bewilder us, don`t they? Great numbers one day, crappy numbers the next. Sheesh. Hope the fireworks tone down. And hope China gets a little more enthusiastic about her new fuds!
 
I hope China heads back to the lagoon soon. Good luck with the new fuds. I hope everyone is done with the fireworks.
 
Well, you were hoping the new fuds wouldn't send her into high numbers like the RadCat did.......:rolleyes::p

Today's cycle looks like the evening cycles Cinco was throwing at me this past week. Sorry if she picked it up from him.

We tried both the goat's milk and the Answers fish broth. No takers. I hope the food works out.

China, don't make Cinco come out there with the water wings (please!)!!!
 
I hadn't tried the fish broth or the goats milk because it just plain cost too much for a "supplement" that she doesn't really need, but I figured now that they had an actual cat food, it was worth a try...we're always searching for a better mouse trap, aren't we?

Thanks Ruth! I try to find stuff that's fun....this dance can be depressing enough, so it's good to laugh once in awhile!

I am almost 1000% sure that she got more than 1.5 tonight too. When I was checking the dose, it looked like the zero line was off, but the more I looked at it, the more it kept changing so I had to just go with my gut. Guess I was right the first time I looked at it :rolleyes:
 
I've got the expensive fish broth in my fridge and I guess I should try it before it expires... ( hope it hasn't yet)
I"ll have to look for the new raw... ( like Shadow would even consider it :rolleyes:)
 
Looks like she's not done with me yet tonight since she dropped again, but I got a good bit of medium carb food into her and we're on the end half of the cycle, so I'm hoping that by +8 I'll be comfortable with calling it a night.

Figures....I have to be out early tomorrow to take DM and DS to the ENT doctor tomorrow ...which means if she pulls something like this tomorrow, I'm going to be one very nervous bean!

Of course, she may bounce too
