If you've sniffed the injection site and it's a good shot, then all I can think of is "he's a cat". Poor absorption? Any chance of contraband? Who knows. So why is his BG rising instead of coming down?
I really hope he gives me a pleasant surprise tonight, but it's not looking like he will, at the moment. If you've sniffed the injection site and it's a good shot, then all I can think of is "he's a cat". Poor absorption? Any chance of contraband? Who knows.
Looks like Squallie might be angling for another increase soon. Unless this is the high before the low and he surprises you tonight.

Thank you!Lucy, I am sorry Squallie is causing you concern. I know how frustrating it can be seeing high numbers
Hopefully he will settle down soon

I try to shoot to the left and right of his scruff area as well as in the center; I'd really like to be able to use other sites completely, but I don't seem to be able to figure out how to do it. It never seems like he has enough skin to form a tent with.If you are getting thick skin where you are shooting, I would try shooting somewhere else for a couple of weeks.
The sugar dance is frustrating, no doubt about. I see lots up cats go up and down and up and down in dose. Just follow where Squallie leads you.![]()
