Happy 4th of July, Everyone,

Big picnic day today. Stu will be on his own from + 2.5 until about +9. Mr. Cat coughed up a good-sized hairball in the early morning and is ready to greet the day! He's had 1st installment of breakfast, gone outside to check out the grounds, used his outside lb, and at the moment is "antsy" because he knows we're leaving for the day. Will it be a repeat of yesterday's numbers? It's starting out that way. We'll leave food in the automat for Mr. Cat. Also a few freeze-dried treats (anyone ever tried "Grandma Lucy's freeze dried roasted chicken"? Stu likes it, and it seems to have no ingredients other than chicken).
Luna's party must have been a hoot, because all the kitties' bg went up last night! Thanks Ronnie & Luna for the party!

Morning Ella & Stu....a lowish pink...looks almost yellow to me. Could be just like yesterday....I liked to see those greens that Stu had in the AM cycle. Thanks for being there for us yesterday....your posts are so cheerful and really mean a lot.... :YMHUG:

Latte used the Grandma Lucy's chicken as a food enhancer all last summer. Ate it as a treat as well, and couldnt get enough. She eventually got tired of it, as she does with everything. Occassionally she will eat some. But, yes...it was good stuff in its day (highly recommend it). I think its cheaper than the liv a littles, too?

Hope you have a nice picnic and 4th of july. Does Stu get afraid of the fireworks?

Happy 4th of July Stu I had ordered the Grandma Lucys freeze dried chicken and fish but it I have yet to use it for Do Lou it has potatoes in it and I called the company and asked about carb content yeah I know should have noticed the potatoes before ordering but Human Bean did not anyway "Company says on phone to me you know we need to find that out we have had other calls on that but we do not have that information." But I did not see the plain chicken to order. Have a great day at your picnic :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Stu babes, did ya hear they are leaving you today?? You know what that means--move to green soon!!! It will stall their leaving, I always do it to my beans & they really go for it!!!! :lol:

Hi again, everyone,

We had a lovely day at the picnic: paddled in, ate, drank, swam, ate, drank, ate, paddled out. Stu was eager to go outside when we got home (20 minutes before PMPS). I have no idea what his numbers were today. It was a save-a-strip day. I looked at the jar of Grandma Lucy's Roasted Chicken freeze-dried cat treats and the only ingredient listed is "whole chicken breasts". It doesn't say anything about potatoes. In any event, Stu likes it.

We hope that all the kitties will not be distressed by fireworks tonight!

Stu - nice to see you leave those pinks behind - yellow is much better! Mannie managed to do the same, at least so far, though not by much. Did you boys manage a get-together while your beans were away? Mannie isn't talking, again....
 
STU! STU!!! We are so in synch today that it is really scary... you made BLUE!!, I made BLUE!! we should hang out more often... I know!!!: it was the Grandma Lucy's Roasted Chicken freeze-dried cat treats. I am so glad I ordered some... YAY!!!! Fireworks are really something - but my bean won't let me out... something about big bangs yet to come and I'm such a baby - WHAT!?!?!?! no way... Later dude! ~~ Mannie
