Hi LL!
Today is Purrcie's 15th birthday!
Purrcie was so active yesterday evening, he must have known we were planning a surprise party for him today! He was ripping around the living room, jumping, running, leaping at his toys, gnawing on his catnip sock, rolling around like a wild alligator! He was having a blast! I knew he mast have had some green up his sleeves for him to be acting like that and within a few hours, yep! And that was still on 1.25U.
We had a nice night with a few greens, :mrgreen: :mrgreen: which always seems to happen right when you threaten a dosecrease right?
I did the dosecrease this AM with today being his first day on 1.5U.

Kind of a fast drop there between shot and +2, so I'll need to help that with a bit more food in future cycles He only had two TBS LC in two installments for breffis. I didn't want to let him eat more in case I needed room for more food later on the new dose. Thank goodness for those 'Food Toppers'. He WILL eat almost anything with those on there. And he's been finicky alot since CRF.
I think he might actually be starting to finally gain a little of the weight back he lost after his big hypo crash in May.
It's gonna be WAAAAAAAY hot here today. Well, 90 with humidity is too hot for me, since I have no pool! I remember teh days when I lived in Oklahoma and looked forward to 102 degrees! And Purcie, he loved it too. He would climb the ladder to the pool and hang out on the deck in the shade sipping mint juleps while I swam. Did I mention how much I love this kitty boy?
He's excited about the fireworks. He knows the neighbors put on a great display so he wants to get his chair set up so he's ready for that tonight too after birthday crabcake. It's gonna be a great day!
