I wasn't allowed to decrease without her earning it... so I kinda had to keep the dose :blackeye:
Would have preferred not to... but it's doing what it's supposed to.

ohhh, because of the LTD? so you will wait for the 3 drops?

What about the fence? do you have it done?

Exactly..... I didn't think of that before I increased..
Nooooo easy easy! I'm painting the posts. They've gotten one coat now, I'm doing the second today and hopefully that's enough. And my dad's friend is making the steel posts to go in the ground holding the wood posts, and I don't know how fast he is :banghead:
Then I'm thinking how the heck I'm going to get the netting around the pole, tight and flat when there's a wall on the other side.. and the netting is 85 kilos :nailbiting:
But I'm getting a +2 today, no need to repeat yesterday :D:D

Thanks Cherryl :bighug:
Now she just need to keep it. Usually she lose weight one week and gaining the next :oops:

Hopefully she wont gain it back but if she does, lol keep on trying, I suppose :D
How much does she weigh? And what is a good weight for her body build?
Mouzer weighs 20 pounds and he has a large body build, so anything less, he looks unhealthy.

I've been trying since September :banghead:
She's at 7705 grams today. So 7 kilos and 705 grams. She should be around 5.5 kilos

So, she is about 5 kilos overweight? Or 5 grams overweight?
I am having to google kilos and grams to pounds, so I am dumb here :D

Yeah, it really is. She was overweight before, then down at 5.2 at diagnosis. Then I fed her wrong and she was all the way up to 8kg. She was 30-35% overweight, 3kg isn't much for us humans. But for her it's a LOT.

I get it! I hope you can help her get to where she needs to be :)

.
:joyful: LOL. Same here. I don't like to weigh myself anymore one year into the pandemic, but I know exactly how many ounces of food Ruby has consumed today.
I think I need to lose a little bit before I step onto the weight... I'm afraid it will say "one person a time please!" if I step up now :eek:
We should take as much care of ourselves, as we give our furbabies! But...... :p
Anyone seen the chocolate?!

But hey, at least we're (or I'm not!) a fitness freak who's gone completely nuts in these lockdowns :D:D

Mauer has been incredibly flat today. High but flat as a pancake...
I do not want a PJ party, no thank you!

LOL You and kitty can diet together hahaha
I'm actually thinking about it!
For real! I'm considering the keto or lchf. Low carb! Danish food is just so.... everything involves carbs. Bread, potatoes, carrots, pasta, rice... and that's standard to every single meal... big change. I need to think some more :nailbiting::oops:

I have a friend who lost 50 lbs in 6 month on the keto diet. He looks great but going to restaurants is difficult. He always asks for a hamburger without the bun, for example, or instead of fries, he will have brussels sprouts. In other words it's not fun but it works really well. It was much easier to switch Ruby to low carb canned food!

I can imagine! But fortunately I'm a huge fan of salads, specially if eating out. I end up being full before I'm done with the salad....and cheese!
One could do less restrictions once the goal is reached, but if it's a lifestyle rather than a means to lose weight so be it. Vegans must have a hard time eating out :nailbiting:

You think humans could eat LC canned?
It would be easy peasy..... :woot:

I think salad is ok on keto so you would do well! It just depends on the vegetable as some are higher glycemic than others.

Our experience is portion control is most important. We counted calories with an app for 2 months, after that we got the idea and are able to control without counting. Still holds after 6 years :)

Exactly... I just need to figure out how to think less about how the meal is built up around the potatoes, rice, and such. But maybe thats easy enough when and if I get it going.

I could imagine! The side-effects of keto is low appetite and less cravings. Cause I like big portions. Or more than one.

Now I'll poke the kitty and head to bed! I'm dreaming the funniest things these days, usually I'm just passed out and not dreaming, so I'm curious about what's going to happen today :D:D:D
