Happy Independence Day!

I hope everyone is enjoying the day off and the fireworks. I love it! We can see the fireworks from the balcony but if Ducia continues her bouncing after the single Green yesterday we'll go to have some hotdogs and beer in downtown - they have farmer market, music and a lot of great artisan street food until very late.

TY! If we go then for no more than an hour... I've been practicing leaving Ducia alone for 30 - 45 min before the heat started last week. I know it's ridiculous. I can leave the house in full confidence but I confess - my legs deliver me back by running. The running part is beyond my control still although every time I am back Ducia quietly sleeps. I just saw your note from yesterday. If you're concerned that increasing by a full 0.25u will cause Ducia to drop too low, try fattening the dose. The worst that can happen is that you need to increase in 3 days. (I would put a note in the comments on your SS as to why you're fattening if you opt to do so.)

Thank you , Bobbie! It was fun to go out. I worried sick but hold myself in check and , surely, Ducia ate before we left and slept all the time I suppose: she came out to meet and greet being still semi asleep. I hope everyone enjoyed their day!
