Happy 4th of July LL :RAHCAT flip_cat I am still having trouble sleeping so still very tired not sure what my problem is confused_cat I have had a lot of changes medically in my body these past 3 months with meds though so I think thats a BIG part of the problem between the pain dr meds and menopause issues I just need balance... anyway overall I am feeling better just really tired so I really hope the Bean can get some sleep this week. OK on to my Boy he is doing well all P's in place breffis one and two eaten. No big plans today just house stuff like cleaning and of course taking care of DS's house.
Hope my boy can reach blues today :razz:

Lisa, so sorry to hear the sleep issues are continuing. I think my sleep problems have increased with the menopause issues, too. What a pain! Do Lou is heading in the right direction and I see blue soon! Happy 4th!

Mice +2 and definitely going in the right direction. Sorry you are not sleeping well. That really messes up the day.

oh the joys of being a woman. Magnesium is supposed to help with sleep during that phase in life. Hope you find some relief and get that much needed balance.

Yea for BLue - now just stay there. Oh Lisa - wishing sleep could come easier to you. Don't know much about it but I have heard some people claim melatonin helps them???

For now I wish you a happy 4th and continued BLUE!

sorry about the sleep issues. I went through the not sleeping thing last summer, then I got a new medicine that made me sleep ALL the time. I'm still trying to find a balance.

Do Lou is looking great! It's really good to see him finally flatten out. Now you can just work on moving his range to be flat a little lower.

I really hope you feel better soon Lisa and get some rest. It's so hard to function when you can't sleep. (((Lisa)))

Lisa, I sure hope you find something to help you sleep!! Nothing worse than being tired and not being able to fall asleep..or stay asleep!! I'm glad to see that Do Lou has decided to dip into the blues tonight!!!
