Have you ever measured the number of drops in your 0.1 unit dose? I've seen quite the range depending on type of syringe, way people measured, etc. To measure the drops, first take a used syringe and fill with coloured liquid. Twist the plunger to get a drop out, and keep practising until you can get consistent sized drops. Then load the syringe to 0.1 units, and see how many drops until the syringe is empty.

I haven't measured but I can. Do you think I should do a drop dose then instead of trying her off insulin all together??
