Good afternoon! So did the usual this morning withLucky- he ate a can of shrimp-1% carb and I left to do errands to come home to him at 67- rechecked and it was 70 so it’s real. My question is, should I decrease his pm dose to 3.5? I will recheck him again around 4:30 as I have mass to go to at 5 and I would t be back until his shot time at 7. Let me know what you all think! I am not supposed to give dosing advice but my guess is that the pros will tell you no reduction because he did not go under 50 (that we know of). Wait to hear what the others say, Robin.

Hi Robin, If you're using a human meter, the reduction point for TR is 50. Hopefully you can keep him surfing so that he won't bounce before you go out. Did you feed him a little LC when you got the 67/70?

Summer is right. Lucky earns a reduction if he dips below 50 on a human meter. Please feed a little LC.
Small meals through the cycle would help prevent fast drops which trigger bounces.

So back from mass and the church picnic, food bumped him up. Gave his usual and fed half can 1% carb pâté. Let’s we what happens in 2 hours or so.
