look at Gus go! I wonder if the ABs are already helping clear out his infection. I agree that it looks like time to reduce. I've been having good luck with 1u reductions lately, and with the possibility of infection clearing that might be a good idea. It will take a little while for the shed to drain and you don't want him to keep running low while that happens. You can try a 0.5u reduction if you want to monitor a lot. Up to you.

Great job managing Gus today, as always. :mrgreen:

I wussed out and only cut by .5U in favor of a good night's sleep. I've been fretting about Gus' issue and our lack of vet. So, I really didn't sleep that well past 2 nights. Not complaining, just saying. Julie, you crack me up! Undercover acro agents. They do both seem to be hitting the lower levels a lot lately. Patty, you sounded as surprised as I was. He's got about 100 suppers in that big fuzzy belly and finally passed out, thank goodness. He'll have to sleep off all that food. He loves the lower numbers because he get sthe HC, I think.
 
I swear I've been thinking the same thing about Champ...he's only dropping like this because he wants the good food. He's even being difficult about eating his regular FF now!!! Turning his nose up at it so I have to make it half freeze-fried salmon before he'll eat it.

I like these numbers much better on Gus!! You don't have to worry so much about the fella!!

you can add Jazzy to that list... She has figured out how to get shots only once a day. Tricky girl!
