It's been another fine day here in ChinaLand!! I'm surprised she doesn't have webbed feet from all the time she's spending in the lagoon though!
Tonight's our first re-weigh after we got serious (again) about losing some of the excess "fluff" she's carrying around. Her food intake has been reduced quite a bit as well as her exercise being increased. I will be heartbroken if there isn't at least a little downward progress
And guess what? At 8am this morning, I had a call from a tech with AT&T saying he was coming to check out my internet problem!! Unfortunately I had to tell him I had to take DM to church so it would have to wait until afternoon so he said he'd be here by 2 (then DM decided she didn't want to go but it was too late at that point).....at 2:45 there was still no sign of him so I tried re-calling the number he called from this morning (it was a local number so I figured it was a cell) but got no answer. At about 3 he called and said he was actually on his way but it would be about an hour before he got here
Almost exactly an hour later, I had a knock on the door!! YEAH!! After all that, it didn't take him long to diagnose and fix the problem....maybe 20 minutes. He said my connection was all screwed up....REALLY?? Jeesh....wonder why I couldn't have figured that out!!
Anyway, he said it should work much better now so we'll see!! At this point, I'm not believing anything they tell me until it's proven!!
Wish us luck on the scale tonight!!
